Roofer repairing shingles on a Denver home
Roof Repair

One leaky roof. One trip. Done right.

Most "roof repairs" you'll find on Google are a tube of caulk and a prayer. Ours include matching shingles, fresh underlayment where it's needed, and a 5-year repair warranty in writing.

If we find damage that won't stay fixed without a full replacement, we'll tell you up front — with photos. No surprise upsells.

What We Fix

Common Denver roof repairs.

If your roof is doing it, we fix it. Here's what we see most.

Active Leaks

Source-tracing inspection, then a long-term fix — not a temporary patch.

Missing & Cracked Shingles

Color-matched replacement using your existing shingle line where available.

Flashing & Vent Boots

The #1 cause of leaks. We replace the boot and re-flash to manufacturer spec.

Skylights

Re-flash, re-seal, or full skylight replacement (Velux preferred dealer).

Ridge Cap & Hip Repairs

Wind-lifted ridge caps re-set, re-sealed, and nailed to spec.

Gutter & Drip-Edge Integration

Restored drip edge, properly tucked underlayment, and clean gutter ties.

Real-Estate Inspection Fixes

Quick turnaround for repairs called out on a buyer's home inspection.

Hail & Wind Damage

Documented for insurance — we'll let you know if it's a repair or claim worth filing.

FAQ

Roof repair questions.

For active leaks, yes — we keep emergency slots open daily and can usually be on-site within hours during business days.
Most minor repairs (shingle replacement, pipe boot, small flashing fixes) run $375–$950. Larger repairs are quoted after inspection — always with a written estimate first.
We color-match where the existing shingle line is still made. On older roofs, repairs may show as a slight color difference until weathering blends them — we'll show you a sample first.
If a roof has widespread granule loss, multiple leak points, or is past 18–20 years old, we'll usually recommend replacement. If your damage is hail or wind related, your insurance may cover it — see our claim process.
